Three worlds

Every world plays differently

The road never ends, and it's different every time you play. Each world has its own weather, dangers and things to find.

🏜️ Desert

Long hot roads, dunes and towering red rocks. Push too hard and your engine overheats. When a sandstorm rolls in you can barely see the road.

🏔️ Snowy Mountains

Icy roads, steep climbs and freezing cold. Keep the heater running, but it burns fuel. Blizzards hide the road and snowdrifts block your way.

Stay warm
A dirt track through a jungle full of palm trees

🌴 Jungle

Muddy tracks, fallen logs and thick trees. When the rain comes the mud gets deeper and the road gets slippery. Grab bananas and coconuts on the way.

Three vehicles

A pickup with a load bed, a sedan and an off-road buggy with a roll cage.

Take cars apart

Open the bonnet and doors. Take off wheels, doors, the battery or radiator, and swap in parts from wrecks.

Scavenge

Abandoned houses hide food, jerry cans, tool kits, spare wheels and CDs.

Stay alive

Keep an eye on your health, stamina and hunger. In the snow, warmth matters too.

Car radio

Four radio stations plus a CD player. Every song is original music made for the game.

Sandbox mode

Spawn cars and items, switch hunger off, change the weather and just play around.

Switch to first-person and drive from the driver's seat, with working dials, warning lights and the radio in the dash.

Fix it yourself

Broke down in the middle of nowhere? Get out, pop the bonnet and see what's wrong. Missing a wheel? There's a rusty wreck just off the road…

Every part you can see, you can take off and put back on.

  • First-person view (press V) with mouse look and a crosshair
  • A proper dashboard with working dials, warning lights and a radio screen
  • Bonnets, doors, boots and tailgates open on hinges. Hold E to take them off
  • Detailed engine bay, plus a removable battery and radiator
  • New vehicles: the pickup and the buggy
  • Sandbox mode with a spawn menu for vehicles and items
  • Hotbar, stamina, and CDs to collect for the car radio
  • Power lines, rock towers, clouds and better houses with doors that open
